I’m traveling alone. Can I book a tour?

Yes! Solo travelers are very welcome. Please contact us before booking and we’ll check if there is an existing group you can join on your preferred date. If no group is available, we’ll be happy to discuss other possible dates or options with you.

Do you offer hotel pick-up and drop-off?

Yes. Pick-up and drop-off are included for our activities within a 10 km radius of Rovaniemi city center. For locations farther away, an additional fee may apply depending on the distance. Please contact us in advance and we’ll be happy to find the most convenient option for you.

What languages are your tours available in?

Our tours are available in English and Spanish. As we operate in small groups, guests speaking different languages may join the same tour. When this happens, our guide will provide the necessary explanations in both English and Spanish so everyone can enjoy and understand the experience.

Can Northern Lights sightings be guaranteed?

The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, so their appearance cannot be controlled. Before every Northern Lights tour, we carefully monitor weather conditions, cloud cover and aurora forecasts, and during the tour we adapt our route whenever possible to search for the best viewing conditions.

What happens if the weather is very bad for a Northern Lights tour?

We carefully monitor weather and aurora conditions before every departure. If conditions are extremely unfavorable, we may contact you to discuss the best option, which could include adjusting the departure time, rescheduling or, when appropriate, cancelling the tour. Our priority is to offer a meaningful experience rather than taking you out when conditions make it unreasonable.

What should I wear for winter activities?

Dress warmly in layers and bring suitable winter clothing whenever possible. For experiences where additional winter clothing is included, this will be clearly indicated in the tour description. If you are unsure what to wear for a specific activity, contact us before your tour and we’ll be happy to advise you.

Are your tours suitable for children?

Yes. Many of our experiences are suitable for families with children. However, age recommendations and requirements may vary depending on the activity, weather conditions and time spent outdoors. Please check the individual tour description or contact us if you are traveling with young children.

Do you take photos during the tours?

Yes. Digital photos are included in our own experiences, so you can enjoy the moment while we help capture memories from your time in Lapland. During our Northern Lights tours, we also take photos whenever conditions allow.

Can you organize a private tour or customize an experience?

Absolutely. We can arrange private experiences and help customize your time in Lapland according to your group, interests, travel dates and preferences. Contact us and tell us what you have in mind, and we’ll help you explore the available options.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for December, Christmas and New Year, when demand in Rovaniemi is particularly high. Our groups are small and availability can therefore be limited. If your preferred date is unavailable, contact us and we’ll check whether another option is possible.
